Review by hotel critic
Stepping into Rafaelhoteles Piramides was like entering a gastronomic oasis in the heart of Madrid. The special restaurant, Acuarela, showcased the finest Mediterranean cuisine, tantalizing our taste buds with every bite. The knowledgeable and friendly staff made us feel right at home, adding a personal touch to our stay. The comfortable and spacious rooms enveloped us in relaxation, with all the necessary amenities at our fingertips. The location was a dream for foodies like us, with La Latina District's vibrant restaurants and tapas bars just a short stroll away. We indulged in the Spanish culinary scene, savoring traditional flavors and exploring the local markets. The proximity to excellent transport links made it effortless to explore the city's attractions, from historic landmarks to shopping districts. We easily hopped on a train from Pirámides station, conveniently located near the hotel, to reach Terminal 4 of Madrid–Barajas International Airport. The hotel's prime location allowed us to immerse ourselves in Madrid's rich culture and vibrant atmosphere. As a Spanish chef, I appreciated the focus on local cuisine and the fusion of modern and traditional flavors at Acuarela.
